Ranprex®
RANPREX® is a self-lubricating and anti-wear material, with high mechanical properties, ideal for the manufacturing of bushings, sliding elements, gears, cams, pads and other parts, and apt to avoid continuous lubrication of machinery components.
Furthermore, it can be coupled with both steel (C40, Stainless Steel, etc.), to reduce noise in machines, and with different types of materials (Plastics, Polymers, Nylon, Teflon and others), to enhance the resistance and the performance of the components within the application.
Finally, RANPREX® is an excellent thermal insulator and has excellent dimensional stability, which makes it suitable for the construction of parts where room temperature reaches + 180°C and - 180°C, ensuring compliance with tolerances.
